Free February at The Worcester Historical Museum!

The Worcester Historical Museum and countrybank are offering something special to you this February, the month of love!

Free Admission & Workshops

For the entire month of February the museum will be spreading its love of history by offering free museum admission and special workshops for all ages.

Current Exhibits 

Enjoy the current featured exhibits, which include: “Stories They Tell” - historical artifacts and the fascinating stories behind them; and “In Their Shirtsleeves” - the story of the innovators and workers who made industry the story of Worcester.


The programming schedule is jam-packed with fun and educational tours, workshops, scavenger hunts and crafts. There’s even special workshops for school aged kids during February’s school break!

Museum Tours

Join in on a curated tour of Water Street without ever leaving the museum on Feb. 6. Or explore the more interesting museum pieces at “What Is It”? on Feb. 8.

Add Your History to the Archives

Bring all your photos and documents to be scanned and become a part of the museum’s archives on “Jewish Discovery Day” Feb. 14 or on Feb. 23 for “Black Women’s Discovery Day”.

Sketch in The Galleries

Take along your sketching materials to “Sketch In The Galleries” with a local artist on Feb. 16. 

Field Trip

See how “Worcester Becomes a City” on Feb. 27 with a special workshop at the beautiful Salisbury Mansion.
