BirchTree Bread Company 

Thanksgiving Day is so close we can taste it. And the team at BirchTree Bread Co. is here to help get your dining selections on lock, offering the usual favorites along with some unique additions to your turkey day spread. Orders can be placed online by Nov. 21 for pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday pre-holiday. Think: warm homemade breads, delectable pies and all the fixings.  

Brookfield Orchards 

So much pie, oh my! Brookfield Orchards is hopping on the pie train, offering sweet staples like apple, pecan and pumpkin, as well as a few wild cards like mince, cherry and chocolate cream. Pie orders can be phoned in to the Orchards to be picked up in North Brookfield on Nov. 23 and Nov. 24, right on time for tasty celebrations. 

Cyprian Keyes Golf Club 

The feasts at Cyprian Keyes are fit for royalty, with packages tailored to fit any sized party. Choose a protein—turkey, ham or prime rib—and keep it as traditional (or not!) as you wish. 

Deadhorse Hill 

A truly “no-fuss” Thanksgiving begins with Deadhorse Hill. The team here has mastered Thanksgiving to-go, from menu planning and shopping to prepping and cooking on your behalf. Pick up on Thanksgiving morning, reheat at home and the only thing you’re left to worry about is who's winning the big game. Glazy Susan  

A special Thanksgiving 4-pack will be on the menu at Glazy Susan doughnuts, with flavors going live on Nov. 22 at 9 a.m. This one’s pre-order only, so be sure to keep an eye out for the order link, as the shop will close on Nov. 25 and Nov. 26 to observe the holiday with loved ones. 

Lock 50 

Add a taste of Italy to your Thanksgiving Day meal, courtesy of Worcester’s Lock 50. For $160, you’ll feel four hungry visitors with dishes like truffled green bean casserole, legendary candied yams and Nutella hazelnut banana cream pie—with the option to add meatballs, lasagna, manicotti and more. 

Maddi’s Cookery + TapHouse 

The chefs at Maddi’s Cookery are sparing no expense when it comes to their a la carte Thanksgiving offerings. From baked brie and ricotta meatballs to bacon brussels sprouts and green bean almondine, you’re sure to wow with these options. Be sure to order by Nov. 19 to get your goods on lock.  

Peppercorn’s Grille & Tavern 

Peppercorn’s is offering 2-pack and 4-pack options for traditional turkey lovers. For $39 and $78 respectively, you can satisfy the whole crew with the absolute classics. You can even add “sangria for 4” for an extra $30, to spice up the party. Ordering deadline for this one: Nov. 23 at noon.

If you’re not dreaming about Thanksgiving Day desserts, you’re missing out on half the fun—and dessert is always on the menu at The Pie Store, courtesy of Table Talk Pies. Apple, blueberry, pumpkin, sweet potato and coconut custard are sure to satisfy every kind of sweet tooth. (If you miss the deadline for pre-orders this year, look ahead to Christmastime for these coveted concoctions.) 

Worcester Restaurant Group 

The talented crew at Worcester Restaurant Group (the minds behind Worcester staples The Sole Proprietor111 Chop House and Via Italian Table) is cooking up fresh Thanksgiving dinner kits. For $289, you’ll receive a spread that feeds eight to ten guests, including a 14-16 lb. turkey and hefty side dishes, like butternut squash, mashed potatoes and vegetarian stuffing. Finish with a choice of apple brown betty or flourless chocolate cake and you’re off to the races. A la carte pricing is also available.

Thanksgiving Cookie Decorating at Redemption Rock Brewing Co.  

The folks at Redemption Rock Brewing and The Cookie Lady’s Daughter team up to offer a pre-Thanksgiving cookie decorating class. The beer, icing and creative juices will be flowing at this seasonally delicious workshop Nov. 23.  

A Burst of Fresh Air  

After an indulgent spread, you’ll surely need a walk before dessert hits the table. Stroll in the crisp fall air (with family, friends, locals and visitors) through Beaver Brook ParkGreen Hill or Broad Meadow Brook.  If you’re outside Worcester, check out Lookout Rock in Northbridge, Douglas State Forest, or any of the outdoor sanctuaries in the Central Mass. area covered in foliage from ground to sky.
