April 14: Mini Golf and The Barnyard Jump at West End Creamery open just in time for April vacation! Enjoy a cone of delicious ice cream or try a round of golf on their beautiful 18 hole miniature golf course or jump in with both feet on the Barnyard Jump!

April 16: Southwick's Zoo officially opens for the season April 8 and will celebrate springtime with an Easter egg scavenger hunt and chance to meet the Easter Bunny.

April 14 - 15: Circus Xtreme by The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey performs at The DCU Center for the last time!

April 15 - 23: At Tower Hill Botanic Garden, enjoy nature-inspired festivities for all ages. Explore the large outdoor stickwork sculpture, participate in a spring scavenger hunt, peruse the large subtropical conservatories, make plant-inspired family drop-in crafts, and listen in during Family Story Time.

April 15 - 23: Annual Family Farm Fest at Old Sturbridge Village celebrates spring with the arrival of baby animals. Visit with a variety of animals including cattle, lambs, goats, chicks, bunnies and piglets. Compete in our Farm Yard Games, take a hay wagon ride around the country side, and learn more about farming and gardening. On weekends, listen to music in the Center Meetinghouse and meet guest teamsters from around New England.

April 15: Star Wars community day at The Worcester Art Museum. Come dressed as your favorite Star Wars character and join Jedi Knights and Imperial Stormtroopers for a day of "Force-full" fun! 

April 17 - 20: The Horse Lovers Program in Grafton teaches ages 6-12 how to ride and care for horses. Students will groom and ride their horses each day under the supervision of seasoned riders.Also on April 18 -21 for grades 3-6, multi-sport program which would include activities such as bubble soccer, soccer, basketball, floor hockey, etc. Games are run in a tournament fashion and the staff will keep it high energy. 

April 17 -21: Sports Clinic at Shrewsbury's HIT quarters. These clinics will keep all kids active in a fun and safe environment, participating in a wide variety of sports and games each day. 

April 17 - 21: Games, swimming, art, storytime, sports and so much more to do all week at the Worcester JCC summer camp.

April 18 - 20: Youth Craft and Creativity Classes at the Worcester Center for Crafts has workshops in building sock puppets, ceramic sculpture, and building oversized structures of normally tiny objects!

April 18 - 21: April Art at The Worcester Art Museum offers fun, hands-on workshops for youth and teens and include gallery visits and exploring new art techniques in the studios. 

April 21: Earth Day Celebration at the EcoTarium will have lots of indoor and outdoor Earth-friendly happenings, hands-on activities and entertainment, local green organizations and food vendors. Check out their other April Vacation activities here
