Here at Avellino, the dining experience extends even further—beyond the table and into our open kitchen, where the interplay between the Avellino chefs and our guests brings yet another facet to the meal. Chef Enrico Giovanello’s menu is inspired by generations of Italian family recipes who immigrated to the United States from Avellino, Italy decades ago.
