About The Blackstone Heritage Corridor Visitor Center

Part museum, part meeting and function space, the Blackstone Heritage Corridor Visitor Center at Worcester is filled with stunning exhibits that introduce  the story of the Blackstone River Valley’s role in how industry began in America.

The Visitor Center’s meeting and event space accommodates 64 people theater-style, with sink, digital projector and AV and direct access to an exterior deck overlooking the river. An adjacent room can serve as a caterer’s prep space. The room is available for rent for corporate meetings and private functions.

The state-of-the art, LEED Silver Certified building sits on the Blackstone River and Canal and the Blackstone River Bikeway and is adjacent to the City of Worcester’s Blackstone Gateway Park. It serves as the gateway to the City of Worcester, the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor and the Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park.

It’s strategically located on Route 146 (off the McKeon Road exit), moments away from the Mass Pike, Route I-190, I-290 and I-395.

With interactive exhibits and indoor and outdoor event spaces for businesses and the community to utilize, exceptional bike trails and beautiful green space, the Blackstone Heritage Corridor Visitor Center is a welcome addition to Central Mass!
