March is Women’s History Month and March 8 is International Women’s Day. In celebration of women everywhere, join us for an author talk and book signing with local author Swain, a member of International Women’s Day at the United Nations.
Her journey led to 25 years in the United Nations training Reconciliation Leaders - a program she designed and implemented at the UN after being invited to speak at the State of the World Forum and the Hague Appeal for Peace in 1999. After witnessing the World Trade Center tragedy first hand on September 11th, Virginia had a dream of a phoenix rising from ground zero - America’s soul - leading her to train American Reconciliation Leaders and begin America’s Soul Community.
