Just in time for Valentine’s Day: a deep dive into everything chocolate, and a delight to the senses!  Travel to the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, where there is a very special organic farm where they raise vanilla beans, cinnamon, peppercorns, and cacao for chocolate and more.  Learn about the growing and drying process – and enjoy tastings of different types of high- quality chocolate.
