Flavors of Fall

Chef Kim will demonstrate recipes that make the best use of fall flavors: think apples, cinnamon, pumpkins and gourds coupled with spices that remind you of turning leaves and crisp cool days. Demonstration will include recipes for stews, appetizers, and dessert.
