Harvest Wine Dinner

Celebrate with us as we kick off the harvest season in the beautiful restored 1795 Federal-style mansion and timber frame barn at Hardwick Winery with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo.

Course 1: Welcome glass of sparkling wine with locally sourced charcuterie

Course 2: Enfield Apricot: Warm apricot walnut bread with spiced butter

Course 3: Reservoir Rose': Fields of berries salad: mixed greens with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and goat cheese with a mixed berry vinaigrette

Course 4: Baystate Blueberry: Lightly breaded (gf) chicken breast wrapped with blueberry Wensleydale cheese and prosciutto topped with fried sage butter over herbed gnocchi. (Vegetarian option: Blueberry Wensleydale cheese and sage stuffed portabella mushroom)

Course 5: Pioneer Pumpkin: Pumpkin whoopie pie with ginger ice cream
