Out Of The Pit Wormtown Beer Dinner with Brian Treitman & Bill Nemeroff

Chef Brian Treitman and Chef Bill Nemeroff step outside of the pit of BT’s Smokehouse and join us for an intimate
dinner at Wormtown Brewery on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. The evening is meant to show off the technical training and culinary skills that both chefs have earned over the years—before finding themselves at the BBQ smoker. The private  dinner starts with a cocktail hour with appetizers and a specially chosen Wormtown Beer with a behind-the-scenes peek of the inner-workings of Worcester’s first, and iconic, brewery. The sit-down meal features four courses that highlight the chef’s talents (menu to be released at the end of the month) and each course is paired with two Wormtown beers to emphasize the impact that different style brews can affect a meal.

During each course the chefs and brewers will talk about why each beer was chosen for each pairing. To conclude the evening, the fourth and final course will be served in the taproom will offer a fun way to celebrate food in the heart of the Commonwealth with a special sweet treat.

This is a 21+ evening and tickets must be purchased through MassFoodies.com prior to the event. Do to the complexity of the event, there aren’t options for
dietary preferences or substitutions. Cash bar also available.
