Pop Up Yoga: Yin Yoga for the New Year

This program will be held indoors in one of our well-ventilated classrooms. Group size will not exceed current state restrictions.

Welcome in the new year and nourish your body and mind with a relaxing yin yoga session and botanical views. Yin yoga involves deep stretching on the floor with gentle poses typically held for 3-5 minutes. The muscular relaxation involved in a yin practice helps to target joints, fascia, and connective tissue; it is wonderful for circulation, flexibility, balance, and reducing stress. The practice may include some gentle warm-ups, as well as centering and guided relaxation.
