Shiitake Mushroom Event

This is the day to learn all about shiitake mushrooms. Farmer Nick shows the steps for natural log cultivation methods. This can be a hands on experience. Take a tour of the farm's shiitake mushroom laying yard. Cost is $5 per person 16 and older. Separate cost of $20 to bring home your own inoculated shiitake mushroom log. This is a drop in event. It will be held outside so dress warmly.
