Join us on the last Wednesday of each month for community inspired Meditation. During each session we will dive into the different aspects of Meditation and share techniques that can be used in our day to day lives. This includes body awareness, breathing practices, and understanding the fluctuation of our emotions.

No prior experience required

Bring a meditation pillow (chairs provided), a journal, and yourself.
