Visitors are invited to participate in Tower Hill Botanic Garden’s 32nd annual Plant Sale, one of the largest and most anticipated in the region, on Saturday, May 20. Guests will have access to choice specimens, rare varieties, and native plants all handpicked and selected by expert horticulturists for the purpose of supporting the nonprofit’s goal to make the world a better place for people and plants.

Tower Hill’s plant sale is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors will find a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants, including annuals, perennials, small trees, shrubs, roses, herbs, vegetable seedlings, cacti, daylilies, hostas, ferns, conifers, hanging plants and more.

Winners of the prestigious Cary Award, plants Tower Hill has carefully selected each year for their beauty and success in New England gardens, will be available for purchase. Also for sale will be hand-crafted pottery, sculptures, birdbaths, and many other accessories thanks to participating specialty nurseries, plant societies, and garden artisans.

Visitors can also take advantage of the annual Library Book Swap as well as the Garden Shop clearance sale.

Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 for youth 6 to 18, and free for children 5 and under.
