Join us as we celebrate Valentine’s Day/Galentine’s Day with friends new and old in Hardwick Winery's timber frame barn with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo.

Course 1: Welcome glass of Hardwick wine with fresh butter board with sweet and savory butters and fresh baked bread

Course 2: Giles Warner: Caponata (spicy Sicilian eggplant) and garlic crostini Course 3: Reservoir Rose': Savory artichoke and burrata tart with dressed greens

Course 4: Baystate Blueberry: Blueberry braised lamb shank over garlic mashed OR
Blueberry fontina and shrimp stuffed poblano pepper
Course 5: Chocolate Raspberry: Red velvet and fudge trifle

This event starts promptly at 6:00. You may arrive early for a pre-event glass of wine if you wish.
