Our Wine
We source our grapes from Suisun Valley, California and the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York. For our signature Wines "Antique Red" and "Antique White" we focused on semi dry varietals such as Petite Sirah and Sauvignon Blanc, Like sweeter wines? We will have a Muscat Canelli (Yum) along with a Barbera Blend which is known for deep color, low tannins and high levels of acidity. The descriptions will be much better, once we have produced final product, but hoping to wet your appetite.

Our Cider
Brimfield Cidery produces Still and Sparkling Hard Cider as our first entries into market. Our plan is to acquire juice locally with some of the wonderful orchards here in the Pioneer Valley.  Will keep you posted.

Special Occasions
Thinking Rustic Weddings, Graduations, Reunions or Birthday's ? Our outdoor venue can be as informal or as formal as you dream. We currently have a pavilion onsite as well as copious land to host a gorgeous tented venue. We have wonderful local catering available for onsite delivery. Call us to discuss.
