About Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Art Gallery

The Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Art Gallery promotes and supports the intellectual and cultural life of College of the Holy Cross and the greater community. Presenting five to six original and loan exhibitions each year, comprised of multi-disciplinary contemporary and historically significant exhibitions, the Gallery examines the fundamental intellectual, cultural, spiritual and aesthetic issues encountered through art and serves as a catalyst for the search for meaning and value in life and history. In conjunction with exhibitions, it also serves as a locus for social interaction between students, faculty and community members through receptions, guest lectures, readings and student presentations.
