The Mohegan Council is headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts and is comprised of more than thirty surrounding communities. Our local Council has two districts, Mill Town and Quinsigamond, which serve and support the individual Scouting units in their respective areas. Quinsigamond serving primarily the City of Worcester. Mill Town serving the towns surrounding the Worcester to the West and South. The Mission Statement of the Mohegan Council, BSA is to prepare the youth of Central Massachusetts for future leadership by delivering fun and effective experiences through the Scouting program. Treasure Valley Scout Reservation provides the perfect venue for delivering the Scouting program! Fun, Adventure, Achievement! Treasure Valley is a 1600 acre property located in Rutland MA. Nestled at the bottom of two small ridges this picturesque location has been home to the Mohegan Council, Boy Scouts of America, camping program for over 90 years. The property is home to a 100 acre pond and 70 miles of hiking trails. Each Summer the Valley hosts several weeks of summer camp, private utilization of the property, and various cultural events.
