The Hardwick Vineyard and Winery is located on a quiet country road that winds around the Quabbin Reservoir, in the central Massachusetts town of Hardwick. The Warren Farm in North Brookfield offers free tours on weekends in March with free sap and syrup tastings, free hot drinks, and a complete tour of the sugar house and how it operates.
Old Sturbridge Village is a 19th century living history museum in Sturbridge. On March 18 and 25 you can see maple sugaring as it was done in early rural New England in their working sugar camp. More Info.
