Blackstone Valley

The Blackstone Valley once played a major role in the American Industrial Revolution, and today features over 400,000 acres of panoramic views and landscapes. The region is revered for magnificent fall foliage, quaint New England villages, farm stands and fruit groves for the picking, vibrant outdoor recreation, and a spectacular display of American architecture through the ages.

Located in the heart of New England, the Blackstone Valley stretches from Worcester, Massachusetts, to Providence, Rhode Island, and features the John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor as well as the newest U.S. National Park, The Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park. Dedicated to the history of the early American Industrial Revolution, the Corridor stretches across 25 cities and towns.
