Public attendance at all Worcester Tercentennial Weekend events is free, events which require tickets are noted below. Read the March 1, 2022 press release for more information.

Friday, June 10

6pm - 10pm: Tercentennial Weekend Kickoff: Canal District Stroll and Polar Park Fireworks featuring Ricky Duran

  • NOTE: Polar Park has reached capacity for this event. Anyone without tickets can watch the fireworks display and Ricky Duran performing the National Anthem live at worcesterma.gov/video-on-demand.

Saturday, June 11

9am - 10:30am: Tercentennial 5K Road Race, downtown Worcester

11am - 12pm: Tercentennial Parade & Celebration, downtown Worcester


12pm - 5pm: Tercentennial Festival on the Worcester Common

  • Artists + crafters, food trucks + vendors, community organizations, live music, and more!

Sunday, June 12

10:30am: Picket Memorial Dedication, Rockland Trust Plaza, Green Street

 

4pm: Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra with Special Guest Brian McKnight, DCU Center.

  • Tickets are required, reserve yours for free through Ticketmaster.
  • For group tickets, call the DCU Center box office at 508.929.0164 and ask for the manager. After confirming information, blocks of tickets can be available for pickup before June 6.

4pm: Tercentennial Family Outing at the Worcester Bravehearts [sold out]
